The only thing that reliably gets it out is agitating the pile to bring the grit back up, then hot-water extraction to pull it and the damp out together. Please do not wipe it dry — wind-blown sand behaves like fine abrasive and a dry cloth will drag it across the clearcoat. If you want to do something, rinse with plain water and leave it wet. Otherwise leave it exactly as it is and we will deal with it safely.
